Many ways exist to install T&G, but we prefer a method to float the T&G over the drywall both at the wall intersection and across the ceiling. This allows us to level the wood above normal standards as well as protecting the home, ceiling and wood from movement that occurs when air moisture content may shift or temperatures may fluctuate.
