Vision, design, build. For this 11-acre waterfront estate, Mod Waters conceived and constructed every component, from site planning and architectural design to interior design, custom furnishings, and acres of landscaping and hardscaping. Materials were sourced from Europe, across North America, and regionally, including quarried stone, wood products, and planting material, resulting in an environment that is entirely one of a kind.
